Meal Services at NARMC
The primary goal of the Food Services Department at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center is to provide optimal nutritional care for patietns through wholesome, balanced meals according to their individual needs and medical conditions to improve health and healing. We strive to provide nutritious, attractive, palatable and appealing meals for both regular and modified diets. Nutritional care is an integral component of the holistic approach for achievement of good health. Maintaining and improving the nutritional status of the individuals served by the Food Services Department is essential to assuring a high quality of life. Patient diets are prescribed by the physician. Patients are allowed to make selections from a menu that corresponds with the dietary requirements your physician has set. Outside food may be brought in by family members with a physician order. Patients may also select from the cafeteria menu by identifying the food choices made available by calling the dine line (365-2380). A nutrition representative will assist in obtaining the desired selections.
